Iggy Azalea Inspired Makeup Look

Sunday morning I woke up and all three boys were still sleeping. I took advantage of the situation and bolted downstairs for some coffee. By the time I got back upstairs Tracen was in my spot and holding the remote. He is a creature of habit and has to have a show upon waking up to relax and start the day. Flipped his show on, gave him some milk and fruit and I was in my dressing room listening to music surfing this fine piece of the interweb..

I've been toying around with the idea of doing some inspired make up looks from celebrities that I love as well as some of my own looks {work, weekend, mommy, etc}. I've been listening to some remix music lately for a video I'm trying to film and Iggy's been in some of them. I've seen some recreated looks on Youtube so I googled that fine lady and came across the above look and loved it. I love nothing more than a simple base {face} a good winged liner and bright lip. In fact, I wear a less dramatic look fairly often to my 9 to 5 now that I think about it.

I'm disappointed that my lip color isn't coming out on film as bright as it really was. I've also been toying around with settings so I wanted to take indoor and outdoor photos. I look tan in some of these but rest assured, it's just a little bronzer mixed with less natural lighting that is doing this. I'm really as pale as the picture below, which also might be my favorite.

Now on to the product list. Generally speaking, I own a decent amount of make up as it's something I enjoy doing {creating different looks}. With that being said, I am not a trained make up artist and I'm still trying to perfect that damn winged liner, so if you think my liner isn't the best, I agree with you, but I'm working on it.
